Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) - Can be the plan. It's similar to an HMO, an individual pay for medical care after it's received as opposed to paying a monthly fee. You also provide for the option of seeing out-of-network doctors. Visits within the network do you need a small fee, while out-of-network visits may require a deductible payment and one co-payment.
